The CCC Greenwood Center is a residential facility in El Dorado County. It’s been a CCC facility for decades.

In 2024, a complete overhaul of the facility began. Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2026.

At this time, no Corpsmembers are assigned to the Greenwood Center. The facility may be used by crews completing spike projects in the area or for specialty training.

Tribal Land Acknowledgement

No, three buildings were not impacted by the renovations. The original administration building, the recreation/classroom building, and a small kitchen and dining hall building will remain as part of the construction project.

Tree climbing can be scary. But, once Corpsmembers work through that fear, they can unlock careers as arborists and foresters.
