Partnerships

Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

After the Park Fire, the CCC partnered with local organizations to support recovery.

Discover the benefits

Partnering with the California Conservation Corps is a win-win for everyone! Organizations can gain a crew of hardworking, reliable, young adults that are eager to complete meaningful projects. Meanwhile, Corpsmembers get to put their training into action, build their resume, and advance in their career pathways. To facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships, the CCC:

  • Conducts pre-enrollment background checks and drug tests for Corpsmembers
  • Prepares Corpsmembers with comprehensive job training
  • Equips Corpsmembers with necessary tools, gear, and safety equipment
  • Facilitates transportation to projects, including hard-to-reach locations
  • Provides Corpsmembers a training stipend, insurance, and workers’ compensation
  • Hires CCC conservationists and supervisors to help manage Corpsmembers
