For one day, and one day only, leaders at the California Natural Resources Agency got to see, and taste, the skills the CCC instills in their own place of work.

Six Corpsmembers from multiple CCC centers demonstrated the culinary skills and experience they’ve gained at a special culinary pop-up at CNRA Headquarters in downtown Sacramento.
It was a change of pace from what these young adults usually tackle in the kitchen, but one that will serve their culinary careers well as they move on to commercial kitchens and restaurants of their own.
